How do I cancel my subscription

We are sorry to see you go, but we thank you for giving Culture Entertainment Network a try!

To cancel your subscription, follow these steps:

1. Make sure you’re logged in to your account
2. Click the user icon on the upper right of the screen
3. Select ‘Subscriptions’ from the dropdown
4. Click the ‘Change’ button on the right of the active subscription
5. From there, click ‘Cancel this Subscription’ found on the lower portion

Don’t worry! 

You will continue to enjoy content access through the purchased period, please keep your cancellation receipt for your records.

Please note that if you do not cancel your subscription before the next installment is due you will be charged for the entirety of that period.
